Walking and talking outdoors can have a huge impact on how you feel and think about things. So where possible I like to take the conversation outside.
Whether you in a park, on a beach, in woodland or walking through the streets of a city, being away from the confines of your home or office, can allow you to think more creatively.
You experience a sense of greater wellbeing, the connection with your surroundings, being out in the fresh air can all feel very energising.
